On February 3rd and 4th, 2025, ASCAL participated in the first meeting of the project "Strengthening capacities for the implementation of dual education in Albanian higher education (DUALBA)," co-financed by the European Commission, held at the New York University in Tirana (UNYT). This meeting marked the beginning of this initiative aimed at developing a dual educational model, focusing on linking the labor market with higher education institutions through the dual education model. It aims to create a strong framework for dual education in Albania and improve the competencies of higher education graduates, benefiting students, companies, and higher education institutions alike.

During the two-day meeting, important presentations and discussions were held on project management, quality assurance, and strategies for moving forward to strengthen commitment to ensure the long-term impact and sustainability of the project.
